Shipping Policy

United States
- Free standard shipping on US orders of $50 or more.
- Orders ship within 1 business day from Indiana via DHL or USPS.
- Most US orders arrive within 3-7 business days after they ship.
- Customers receive a tracking link when their order ships.

International
- We ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times vary by destination, and orders shipping outside the US may take longer.
- Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
- We're unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
- Please inspect your order when it arrives and email hi@meethuhu.com right away if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Returns
- US orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Email hi@meethuhu.com to start a return and we'll send a return shipping label. See our Refund Policy for full details.
